I was once offended by someone, I prayed and struggled to get over it but I couldn't, one night i knelt down and prayed deeply for God to retaliate on my behalf to my surprise,I dreamt a voice telling me to forgive this person but I was too hurt to even think about how to forgive. After like another week or two i was still angry ,then one night I was praying when that small voice told me to pray for the person's safety, like the person was in danger and i pray solely for this person's safety, believe me, I ended the prayer and took my phone even though it was passed midnight and called my mother luckily she picked the call and it happened that she was having all night prayers herself, after explaining my turmoil to her, she prayed with me talked me into lightening up and we both prayed for the person. Less than a week this person came to me and apologized and actually exposed it to me that he's a pawn being used by someone else to torment me but if i were to retaliate, I would have gone after this person. My point is, you might even be summoning the wrong person, take the person out,your real enemy will employ another pawn then you back to square one. #forgiveness is the key.
